Who is eligible for this program?

Any organization that partners with or receives support from AmeriCorps, USAID, or affected universities including nonprofits, local governments, educational institutions and philanthropic entities, is eligible to claim a free Golden Community Plan license.

How long does the license last?

The donated Community Plan license is valid for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on continued eligibility and program availability.

How long does the application process take?

Most applications are reviewed within 2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your application has been processed.

Is there any training available for the software?

Yes, all approved organizations receive access to our comprehensive training resources, including video tutorials, documentation, and support team.

How many users are provided with our license?

The Community Plan includes up to 5 user accounts. If you need additional users, please contact our support team to discuss your requirements.
